Our reports are personalised, made-to-order digital products, so this policy balances fairness with the nature of custom work.

Cancellations

You may cancel for a full refund any time before we begin preparing your report — just contact us quickly after ordering. Once preparation has started, a cancellation may not be possible.

After delivery

Because reports are custom and digital, we generally cannot offer refunds once a report has been delivered. However, we stand behind our work: if there is a calculation error, a mistake caused by information we recorded incorrectly, or a delivery problem, we will correct and re-issue your report at no charge. If you entered incorrect birth details, contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

Consultations

Consultation bookings can be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Missed appointments without notice may not be refundable.
